do any of you guys know what chapter is Mr. Creosote scene in? Also what do you guys think who's to blame for Mr. Creosote's destruction?

I'm not sure what chapter it's in, but I would definately blame Mr. Creosote himslef for his own destruction.

The Elementals were calling me Mr. Creosote for a time.I was gaining and ordering in. Now there are all theser meat and dairy substitutes.Palateable.You would be amazed.

I think that the waiter was largely to blame. when you watch the scene the waiter persuades him to take the mint then runs and takes cover as if he knew what would happen. sure mr. creosote took the mint but in his state of fullness he didn't know what he was doing.

and i'll have whiskey for pudding too
