Now apricot as in APE-ricot or as in AP-ricot?
it would be weird to say it the first way, but I guess thats how they say it in england.

i love my ape-ricots too. and england isn't all it cracked up to be. but at the same time it doesn't always rain here. it doesn't. not like the stereotype-making-people make it out to do. we have many different types of precipitation. as eric olthwaite could tell you. but don't ask him about shovels. not today. or you may not see tomorrow. he's a boring little tit really.

yes spitting. unusual term for rain. but tis true here in england. i only mentioned peter kay as he is a comedian who comes from near where i live (but is now quite famous- i wouldn't expect you to have heard of a man who lived down the road!) and he does a thing about british rain and things. tis very amusing.

'dinnerladies react to the first sniff of rain' 'QUICK MARJORIE GET THE KIDS INSIDE... ITS.....SPITTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!'

its hilarious! OOh and we also have that-fine-rain-that-wets-you-through. thats not really rain but you get drenched if you stand out in it for ages. that would be classed as the most annoying kind of rain. oh god. i sound like eric olthwaite now!!!!!!!
