Well - I think it's a parody of a few different people, I mean, it could be many, Andy Williams, Tony Bennett, Johnny Mathis, one of the Osmonds (with those teeth, it would have to be one of the Osmonds).

i've read that it's tony bennet, and also seen christmas in heaven titled with a thing in parentheses that says "The Not Tony Bennet Song".

kind of like how the penis song is "The Not Noel Coward Song".
