I agree with fogchicken. I think I wouldn't watch their new film... I just want to remember them as young men who were extremely funny (ok, there're still funny, but not young) (ok, one is dead). I'm not sure if they could make one more great comedy, I don't want to watch their disaster or sth... Maybe I'm pesimistic... But they can do some interviews ALL TOGETHER, it would be great :D

I just don't want my old Python material to get old, that's all. It's really a lot like LOB:

"GIVE US A SIGN, PYTHON!!"

"They have given us a sign! hey have given us TV and movies!!"

Python: "We didn't give you them, you just bought them!!"

"oh, it's still a good sign by any standard!!"

fogchicken, that was beautiful (*sniff sniff*) no one could have said it any better. they've done so much and it's put a happy smile on our faces so, in ways, Python really isn't dead. it lives on in the fans! And soon we'll show Python to our kids and they'll show it to theirs... well you get the idea

but, i can't say that they're totally resting from new material. sure they're not doing as much as they did years ago. on the other hand, they're still doing some stuff. maybe not for their anniversary but there was spamalot and (i think) there may be a movie coming out for spamalot (you can consider that a Holy Grail sequel in a way).

I'd say "Monty is Forever!" and all that, but you've all summed it up quite nice. So I'll just leave now. And go watch the Pythons. Keep 'em alive, and all that.

*dances away*
