Calling all Python Fans. We are making a documentary about the Life of Brian for UK broadcast later on this year and I’m looking to speak to some fans. In particular if anyone collects a lot of memorabilia or is a big of Life Of Brian

I am also keen to speak to anyone who has any good posters, promotional stills, newspaper clippings, promotional LPs or anything to do with the Life of Brian.

I can be reached on Melissa.clive@spungoldtv.com

Many thanks

Mel

you'd probably want to talk to Sir Michael the Naughty when it comes to collecting things.

click here for his profile. it'll get you his python collection website, email, and a link to private message him.

What about me then? I have got things he hasn't (even though he has more things I haven't then vice versa).

Anyway, I also suggest the python office in London.

And also:

*There is a recording called "Monty Python Examines Life of Brian" - rare

*the criterion DVD for the US is the only edition to feature a number of deleted scenes

*there is a book called monty python - the case against about the attempts at censorship, also a debate was broadcast at the time on TV with a few of the pythons debating with a few COE officials. Unfortunately I do not own a copy of this.

*memorabilia that I have are not really interesting but I will list them nevertheless: the book of the film, the film on video2000, the film on CD-I.

Well, everyone needs a hobby... I got a few things on old systems like betamax, video2000 and even umatic, discs like CED, CDI and laserdisc and various film formats such as 8mm, 16mm, 35mm. Don't ask me why.

Which is weird if you ask me. Transferring a recording to super8 is not easy so why would a hospital go through all the trouble? And they forgot about video2000.

Can't you merge the two threads, deleting the double post?

It's more or less the same with nuclear power. Splitting comes before fusion.
