Jonesy is a confirmed guest speaker at Cambridge's history festival. Apparently he is doing the talk on August 3rd, but the cambridge news website is pretty pants and the link I was sent doesn't work. arf.

HOWEVER: I have.....

www.histfest.com

tadaaaaaa

which is a bit more useful, but still doesn't include a proper schedule as such. anyway August is a long way off, so they have plenty of time to get their arses in gear and publish one!

hah ha!
I sent off for 'more information' and Jonesy is speaking at 8:30pm on Saturday the 5th of August.

If anyone else wants the pdf the histfest people sent me, either go on the orange link in the first post, or PM me with your email address and I'll fwd you a copy of it. You'll need Adobe Reader though!

x

yep there is that.

mind you, you get loads more stress trying to cram in those last two weeks while everyone else goes around looking smug and knowing far more than you!... which is perhaps not so good....

ooh well done! *pat on the back*
I've got 3 exams in May (ick) aaaand 4 2000 word essays to do by the end of april... I've done one.... :
they're just so incredibly DULL and BORING.. I just can't bring myself to do them! I'd rather be out there, liontaming- with my big hat that says 'liontamer' on it!
