I rented a Python DVD from Netflix.com, and it had a great skit. Unfortunately I'm having trouble remembering the name of the skit and/or the DVD. Can anyone help me?...

The episode involved someone (Cleese?) interviewing people about some dead German guy, I think a composer. The funny part was that the subject of the interviews had an incredibly long German-sounding name. So long in fact that one of the people being interviewed died of old age while the interviewer was pronouncing the last name of the German guy.

In case it's helpful, here's the DVD series which I'm certain contains the DVD I need:

http://www.netflix.com/MovieDisplay?dmode=SERIESDISCS&lnkctr=mdp-seriesdetails&movieid=60030820&trkid=190393

Thanks very much,
Christian

The skit I think is named after the guy with the very long name. His name, I think, is Johann Gaombolputty de von Ausfernschpledenshclittercrasscrenbonfriediggerdingledangledongledungle.... uh well I better stop there it is pretty long name. Just to make it easy, I think the sketch might also be called "The Arts." :D

Ooo. Sorry "It's the Arts" is the name of the sketch. Made a bit of a mistake there. "It's the Arts" is also the name of the episode too.

Thank you thank you thank you!

FYI, it's on the DVD named, "Monty Python's Flying Circus: Vol. 2".

BTW, do you happen to know the entire name of the German guy?

Yep. Not by heart, however. That's what makes me wonder how those Pythons do it. Saying that whole name without breaking a sweat. Wow! They really are good. I'd write the whole name out but the name is rather long.

lol yeah! It would be fun to name a kid that or even biggus dickus. With either name, it would be hysterical to see how others would react.
