Hey, I think I found out, what "TV 4" refers to: BBC Four. Did BBC 4 exist back then? What kind of channel is it? Their website left the impression, that it must be some kind of Love-Story-channel.

BBC4 is about 3 years old.

BBC3 TV is about 5 or 6 years old.

BBC2 TV started in 1964.

BBC1 TV started in 1936.

1928 Experimental television transmissions.

1932 Experimental radio transmissions.

BBC formed 1922.
