By the way: Why it's called ALT1948S? Why 1948? :shock:

The shows had no relationship to the year 1948; the title simply referred to the BBC's annoying habit of letting new shows sit on the shelves for months at a time before broadcasting them.

i thought it had the same meaning as owl stretching time: none :D

Does anyone know if "How to irritate people" is available in region 4 VHS or DVD, I found a copy on Australian ebay however it only works on US and Canadian vcrs!

My new (well 2nd had but new to me) book of scripts by Murial Vonstrangler has scripts from all these pre-python series, sadly none from how too irratate people and I cant believe the Dead parrot sketch is omitted! :cry: Very talented lady!!! :wink:

I got the "Do not adjust your set" DVD-Box yesterday and I really love it! It´s so funny and not just for children. :D
