I would like to know-not your favorite sketch- but your favorite episode. Mine would either be "The Cycling Tour" or "How to Recognize Trees from Quite a Long Distance Away" because it has dirty fork, bicycle repair man, Nudge, nudge, and Children's stories. So give me the name (if it doesn't have one, make it up) and some of the sketches in the episode.

You're no fun anymore.

I think my favourite episodes are the one with 'The Royal Philharmonic Goes to the Bathroom' with the lavatorial interruptions, the undertakers etc, 'Archaeology Today' with Mr. and Mrs. Git, the mosquito hunters and Beethoven, and 'How to Recognise Different Parts of the Body', with naughty bits, Bruces and the exploding penguin - this episode just seems to flow so beautifully from one thing to another.

I must agree that archeology today and The Royal...etc. are quite funny. I've never seen different parts of the body, though.

You're no fun anymore.

The episode with the Cheese Shop, Salad Days, the animation with the TV and the man's eyes etc is also great, as is the Full Frontal Nudity episode.

I don't want your favorite SERIES,[V] I want your favorite EPISODE[V]. The Lumberjack Song is a SKETCH[V].

You're no fun anymore.

Yes, it's a sketch. To leave your favorite sketch, they have it somewhere. But I want Episode.

You're no fun anymore.

There is no way I could ever pick a favourite episode.

All the good sketches and bad sketches are so evenly spread..... except for maybe the last series, wich isnt quite as funny as the others, although it has its moments.... RAF banter etc.

So, in conclusion, I love them all!

I'm with you, fogchicken. Way too hard to choose a fave!! Please don't make me have to think like that again. Far out.

Choosing sketches is much easier :D Interesting topic though - thank you, oh Gumby One :D

I totally agree! I choose Episode 3 ("How to recognize different types of tree from quite a long way away") because it has beautiful sketches (I really adore every sketch of this episode! I mean, generally in every episode there is at least almost one sketch that does not make me laugh as the others!) and it has not at all "dead pauses" (it is correct?).
