Because it isn't part of the flying cirucs, it is an extra or a special or call it what you like.
Making a flying circus DVD set is much more costly and time consuming.

The contribution the pythons made to this was shown in the 1999 special Monty Python 30th anniversary night on BBC - available on DVD in region 1 and 2.

NOTE that the region 1 (US) DVD is called "Life of Python" and the region 2 (UK) DVD is called "Live at Aspen".

There is a further complication. "(It's...) Life of Python" was the name of the 20th anniversary documentary, that used to be available on VHS (and laserdisc).

The DVD called "(The) Life of Python" is, ironically, something completely different.

Ok..I'll make sure the one I order isn't the one I shouldn't be ordering which would be the one I don't want..i.e the one I've seen or the one I've already got...I'll probably end up with the betamax version of "The Life of Brian"

Is there any video of an episode of Flying Circus in any site about MP?
