I'm cooking for at least 30 people - we always do a meal for anyone who doesn't have family to go to (mostly oldies, but some students etc). I always have Python on in the kitchen.

Then I'll go home, eat too much, drink too much, watch the Queen's Speech and Doctor Who then prob fall asleep in front of the telly.

I amy do a bit of walking backwards for Christmas as well...

CF

(Although saying that, maybe I'll just go with Eric I's idea - "F**K Christmas)

The Doctor Who special is a must and a highlight. As is the Christmas dinner and obligatory present opening. Queen's Speech is a tradition but not necessarily a highlight. Oh, and the sausages wrapped in bacon are what my year revolves around. :)

I will be probably eating a lot, and I'll be watching all the movies I didn't had the time for during the term (Monty Python, Fawlty Towers, Allo allo, and You rang Mylord will be also on my list, and ALT1948S and DNAYS, I also have a Spamalot recording, Cleese's Muppet show, Python specials etc.) so there will be lots of english comedy
I would like to watch Chaplin's the great dictator again, and I downloaded Disney's on the front lines DVD wich contains Disney propaganda cartoons
I also want to see The Golden Compass and Elizabeth the golden age, aswell Pan's Labyrinth

but I also have to learn maths

I'd rather be learning math than working on Christmas day.

That sucks. Really. Where do you work, at a supermarket or something? Anyway, I'm going to go volunteer at a homeless shelter like every year, and then go see a movie with my mum and sister like every year. Then I'll go home and probably watch some Python. We can't go to any family's house becuase they all have cats, and we're all allergic. I wish I could see some friends or something, but that's out of the question.

A pub. In Las Vegas. Where they have never heard of anything other than working holidays.

I'll wake up early, do the whole open the gift thing with the family, then shower, shampoo, and shine, and then off to the bar. While still thankful for my lot in life, 'cause it ain't half bad, I'd still rather be off on that day.
