Indeed, the line about the chimney. I always wondered what they were singing? It didn't make sense so i thought my English just was bad, turned out "it wasn't me"

Veronica's had about 2 singels here i guess, haven't heard more of them. Tere song's aren't to bad (they are not good but there are a lot of worse songs.) Maybe when they play it all the time you go hate them.

Worse songs: http://nl.youtube.com/watch?v=cUxWZxD3MPw
http://nl.youtube.com/watch?v=BZVAX6Dm_ ... re=related

Other stupid thing: jump-music. It's a hype around here (also kids). There was this videoclip were they were jumping on a train, in a supermarket and so on. Now you sometimes see kids starting to jump in the supermarket. I hate it. (and the music is bad) -> they also stole the slogan -> jumping is not a crime. Indeed it isn't but you just look like an idiot. http://nl.youtube.com/watch?v=womFrEzka4A

do they do it everywere, are is it just the Belgiums and dutch who are stupid

Don't say that about all RnB, proper RnB is great! Blues Brothers and that sort of stuff is awesome, they just killed RnB by using the name for the crap they bring out now, how can you call it Rhythm & Blues when it contains neither!

Sorry dude, I'm not to familiar with the genre. I had no idea it even stood for rhythm and blues. I probably haven't heard much of it's proper style.

I've always liked the line in Good Morning Starshine (which may be by Mason Williams, author of Classical Gas), "Song song singing, sing, sing, singing song". The entirity of The Beatles' Wild Honey Pie, both tune and lyrics, is awful - aside from "I love you" at the end, the lyrics consist exclusively of "Honey pie" repeated; "Wild" isn't even mentioned!

On Paul McCartney's Driving Rain album there are a couple of real turkeys. With 1-2-3-4-5-6-7 and oh yeah, yeah yeah -lines.

Depending on the situation the chorus of "the ramones - I Dont wanna live this life" could be considered the worst line ever. Don't get me wrong I love the band and there is nothing wrong the song.

But when one is pissed on a bottle of vodka, depressed over a breakup and has a knife at arms length probably not best to be listening to "I don't wanna live this life anymore!"

I heard it the other day on my mp3 player oh the memories.

One particular line I can't stand that appears in many songs is "I'll Be There".

I don't know, it is so out of place.

I hate that Hey There Delilah song. And any other of that influx of new indie bands that are out these days, bland as hell.
