oh sod it - i can't sleep until I've sorted this out. damn my being an English student - I have to prove everything and include lots of sources to back up my arguments! lol bloody uni training!

ok:

1. it says on this very website
Quote:
Education: St. Edmund Hall, Oxford (English)

2. I went onto the BBC website (http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/h2g2/A711398) and it says
Quote:
Terry studied English at St Edmund Hall, Oxford University.

3. On the Oxford University website (http://64.233.179.104/u/Oxford?q=cache: ... 0&ie=UTF-8 ) <- direct link to site - it says
Quote:
It also has a playgoing society named after Terry Jones, who read English here in the 1960’s

4. I've got 3 of Terry's books, on two of them (I can't be bothered to dig the third one out of the depths of my wardrobe) it mentions English.
in Chaucer's Knight, it says:
Quote:
At university I was able to spend a little more time on the subject and came to the conclusion that it was not Chaucer who had failed but my understanding of what he wrote
aaaand in the 'bit about the author' of The Knight And The Squire at the front, it says
Quote:
He read English at Oxford University and retains a passion for medieval history and literature.

I think you ought to write to imdb and complain! I know I'm going to!!!
GET YER FACTS RIGHT IMDB!!!
honestly!

right, I'm off to bed now... at three in the morning (disgraceful) and one for the first things I shall do tomorrow morning is write a letter starting 'I wish to complain...' to imdb!

OH WOW! I can hear an owl outside! thats so cool!!!!! I've never heard a real wild one before! SWEET!

I know! wasnt it a fishy fishy fishy fish?

they had to do so many takes the fish ended up unuseable, because he'd like half-eaten it.......

i guess that means the new question is from me.

ummmm

In the new cooker sketch, what name does terry j actually sign on the invoice?

I had to think about it, the name that kept coming to mind was Cole Porter(same first letters!) but that was obviously not right. It was Crump-Pinnet, right?

I guess I will wait for confirmation. And try to think of a good question!

Okay...this might be too easy, I don't know, but anyway.

What is the only regiment that's really doing something new with interior design, with colour, texture, line and that? (mary recruitment office sketch)

wouldn't that be the Durham Light Infantry?

oh yes, i have one of their very fine embroidered black and orange tablecloths designed by the brigadier himself, it is very pretty but unfortunately i do not own a table.
