I think it's clear what he tries to say, but it's soo tipical Pythonescu, that It has no time in it, I'ts like your own memories, there is a chronological structure, but not really, the memories just pop into his mind. And these weird writings like Biggles just shows, what a big loony he was ;)

Yes, the more I read the more convinced I am that he was a loony.
I'm delighted with this reading. :D And it's true that he writes everything in a very Pythonesque way, now I understand what michael said about Grahm impersonating the most surreal side of the Python essence.

I saw my grandfather dying of skin cancer didn't actually see his death but saw the lead up which was really horrible!!! :cry:

my grandpa died on throat cancer too... he fought all 2 world wars trough... how ironic

It always amazed me just how many people died of cancer. Saddening, really. :(

it is very saddening. but until they find a cure. which no doubt they will. this provebial "they" are quite marvellous really. we must do as eric says, and look on the brightside of life.

quite easy to say though, if you aren't affected by cancer...

they have got a new vaccine here for cervical cancer, i think it is.
