My fave well, lines are:
ARTHUR:
O Knights of Ni, we have brought you your shrubbery. May we go now?

HEAD KNIGHT:
It is a good shrubbery. I like the laurels particularly,... but there is one small problem.

ARTHUR:
What is that?

HEAD KNIGHT:
We are now... no longer the Knights Who Say 'Ni'.

KNIGHTS OF NI:
Ni! Shh!

HEAD KNIGHT:
Shh! We are now the Knights Who Say 'Ecky- ecky- ecky- ecky- pikang- zoop- boing- goodem- zoo- owli- zhiv'.

RANDOM:
Ni!

Agree with all the aforementioned - esp fogchicken's quote!
the catchphrase that's stuck in my house is:

Bedevere: OOOHOHHHH!
Lancealot:No "Aaaaarrrrrrggghhh ... " at the back of the throat.
Bedevere: No! 'Oooh' in surprise and alarm!

Prince Herbert: What, the curtains??

3 headed thing: he's buggered off!
and

Minstrel: When danger reared its ugly head, he bravely turned his tale and fled!

This is really tragic, but now whenever suzie and i are about to go out somewhere like sainsburys or whatever and one of us is waiting, we yell out 'Sir Lancealot! I'm ready!!!!'

The whole mime bit is funny where he gets his little bow and arrow and shoots a message out of the window...

the bit which actually cracks both of us up the most, i can't exactly quote. just listen to the noise Prince Herbert makes when his dad cuts the sheets he's clinging onto and he falls out of the window.. and the noise he makes when he splats on the ground

possibly one of the smallest parts of the film, but definitely one of the funniest!

'Bloody weather!'

ooh yeah and cleesey: 'can someone give me a push, please?'

another fantastic one, one of the funniest lines of all time in my opinion:

"Are you suggesting coconuts migrate?"
