Oddly enough, I'm doing a benefit on the same day, a ridiculous
evening of jokes by a Naughty Knight of the Round Table. Proceeds
to be donated to the Torture Foundation for the Care of Victims of Medicine.

(groan).

No, seriously. Palin is a first-class act.

No kidding. I had a brain scan last week, cost surely over $5000
and it took hours and hours and hours and hours and hours and hours.

And they still couldn't find it.

The problem with torture is that it's all being outsourced to the Third World; as with so much else in contemporary life, craftsmanship suffers. Let's get back to the good old days when Britain led the world in cutting Popish traitors into quarters, interning filthy little Boers in our British-made concentration camps and starving the Irish.
