Hi there folks, this is my first post, happy to be here! :D

In the first series, before the lovely Carol has almost the monopoly on the female parts (err.....so to speak  ) there were a couple of other lovely young ladies who appeared. One was Katya Wyeth, who I seem to remember nibbling Eric's ear as he was playing guitar in one sketch, and who got strangled by Mike for saying "I'm not your Grace, I'm Your Elsie" in another.
The other girl (the sexiest to appear in the series, IMO!) was called Donna Reading, and as far as I know only appeared in one sketch, about the people turning into Scotsmen and tennis playing blancmanges.
Does anyone know where either of these are now?

Thanks

As far as I can tell, Katya Wyeth's last TV/ movie appearence was in 1977. Donna Reading's last appearence in anything seems to be in about 1981.

Perhaps they retired after this.

Katya Wyeth also appears briefly in A Clockwork Orange, as a nude slavegirl in one of Alex's 'Biblical' dream sequences. Interestingly, that would have been made around the same time as Python.

She appeared in an episode of "The Sweeney", too. Shame she wasn't in more stuff, she was nice! :D

Donna Reading has been invited over to my flat
for a romantic dinner with a Naughty Knight
many, many, many, many, many times...

...but never turns up. Pity.

The appetizers are all set, the champagne is cold,
the candles are lit, and a kiss on the bum costs nothing.

Having watched the first series again recently, Donna is also one of the people who says "Oh, You're no fun anymore", in this instance to Count Dracula (GC) when his fangs fall out.
I think the girl being tripped up in the street by the Hells Grannies is also seen in the crowd during "Upper Class Twit Of The Year", and this *might* be Katya, but I'm not sure- maybe it's "Flanagan"? I've never been sure who that is, it's a name that appears on a few of the shows' credits.
