Actually, the Rutles was made in '78 or '79, and Meaning of Life was made in '82, so Eric wasn't totally done yet with Python...

Ok, I'll change to out-Python instead of post-Python then  :D

I've never seen the Rutles either. I thought they were just some lame cover band until a couple months ago  . I didn't know it was actually a movie.

It´s not directly a movie, i´s more than a documentary. But it´s really, really funny. I liked the scene where Eric Idle was a Punk (With "Punk Floyd" ^^) and had this really big safety pin through his head and nose ^^. (I have a key fob like the one he had through the nose. It´s looks really equally like it ^^)

Well technically I only became a real Python fan as of this June, so no I didn't know before then that Eric was in it.

I love the Rutles. Hilarious film!. And Eric plays a very convincing Mccartney, hehe.Ron Nasty is also great.

Leggy's mum: "No, he didn't like the music. He heated it.
I think it was the trousers he liked. They were so tight. You know....nothing left to imagination"(or something like that  )
