Found this on yahoo.com:

Former Monty Python star Michael Palin is ditching TV shows and movies
because he is fed up with waiting around for hours at a time during
filming.

The 63-year-old is eyeing a move into radio instead.

He says, "Filming involves sitting around in a caravan for hours - in
complete luxury - reading every property magazine around, only to be
told you won't be needed that day.

"I haven't the patience for that. I am rather interested in doing a
radio show of some kind. I do love radio."

I don´t think Michael would go this far producing no more TV shows. Perhaps he´ll produce more Radio-shows in the future.

And then he´ll realize, how dull it is and comes back to TV.

  . I meant 2009, of course.
But now you say that, wouldn't it be nice to go back as far as 1009 and live with the Pythons?. What would be they like? And what kind of jokes would they be telling?. Ah, the middle ages....
