I absolutely LOVE this sketch- it makes me a little frightened, but VERY amused. Pure genius. Chapman and Cleese's performances are fantastic.

It is, if it's Graham who's writing about it.

eg:

"Calcium, an alkaline belonging to group 2A of the periodic table, has large breasts.... it occurs naturally as the carbonate CaCo3, in limestone, chalk, marbel, and in brothels."

and later in the essay:

"Meeting the hard calcereous rock he thought abuot how Calcuim is involved in almost every biological function. As his hand came ever closer, up untill it reached that place... oh, the relief... oh, the ecstasy... He reflected upon how this amazing mineral provides the electrical energy for his heart to beat and for all muscle movement. Slowly, as his hands fell to his zip and he eased his fingers, slowly insterting them into his flies, and, groping, he pondered upon how Calcium is responsible for feeding every cell. To his surprise he was not embarrassed as he... and then he..."

Now why cant our science books be written like that? It does indeed make calcium much more interesting!!

There is always copies of How To Iritate People on sale on e-bay, normally for around £5.
