How would you rate Terry Gilliam films on a scale of 1 (bad) to 10 (great).
Here's my list.

Brazil 10 / 10 (my all time favourite film by anyone)
Jabberwocky 10 / 10 (very pythonesque)
Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas 9 / 10 (watch it drunk!)
12 Monkeys 9 / 10 ((best sci fi ever)
The Fisher King 8 / 10 (Robin Williams' best role)
The Adventures of Baron Munchausen 5 / 10 (need to watch again)
Time Bandits 5 / 10 (Disney-esque... and for kids)

Tideland Only watched with the sound off.
Brothers Grimm Not seen yet.
Monty Python and the Holy Grail (I consider this a python film so not voting here)

Brazil 9 (not a 10 cause it rings 1984 all over)
Jabberwocky 8 (could be better)
Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas 9 (try watching it stoned :P)
12 Monkeys 10
The Fisher King 10
The Adventures of Baron Munchausen 7
Time Bandits 8 (I LOVE kids movies)
Tideland 6 (I didn't like the story)
Brothers Grimm 6 (good fun but too Holywood for my tastes)

I've only seen Monty Python and the Holy Grail (15/10) 12 Monkeys (7.5), The Brothers Grimm (6), and Time Bandits (10, one of my favorite movies), so I'm really not too qualified.

I group them into his greatest, his good, his meh, and one to avoid.

Holy Grail 10 / 10 funniest movie ever
The Adventures of Baron Munchausen 10 / 10 fabulously done, every inch of the screen bursting, the greatest movie of all time
Brazil 9 / 10 no question, surrealism at its finest, brilliant beyond explanation, but Kim Griest?

Twelve Monkeys 8 / 10 enjoyable but with strange timing and angle problems, Madeline Stowe miscast
The Brothers Grimm 7 / 10 loved the idea and result, but CGI just isn't right within TG films.
Time Bandits 6 / 10 a great film in here trying to get out, pity the budget, should remake!
The Fisher King 5 / 10 very sad, needed more scenes with Mercedes Ruehl and fewer with Amanda Plummer

Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas 5 / 10 fun, worth a look
Jabberwocky 4 / 10 doesn't make a lot of sense, but it's Terry

Tideland 0 / 10 despicable, unpleasant. and utterly unwatchable

Yes pity it wasn't made but it the film was going to be called The Man Who Killed Don Quixote - the documentary was appropriately called Lost in La Mancha considering the film never completed. Pity the rushes weren't released somehow so the completed scenes could be watched.

I just watched to documentaries for Brothers Grimm and there are lots of deleted scenes on it where TG actually says fans could re-edit the film to include the deleted scenes and goes on to say where they should have been or were to have been placed before the final edit. Great idea.

EDIT Did I imagine reading or hearing about the film name / doc name as I just found a film poster for Lost in La Mancha !

I don't wanna be a spoilsport here but Holy Grail was not directed by Gilliam...

I was directed by Jones and Gilliam, so it's not fair to credit it to Gilliam.

Terry Jones is a better director when it comes to this sort of movies anyway :P
