As you know, gilliam started a film in 2000 called "the man who killed don quixote" and which was shot in spain but cancelled becuase various problems like the weather or one of the actors' health
i've read that in august 2006 they were given back the wrights to the script and that many actors and producers were still interested
does any one know anything else like if they are going to try it again...

thanks

I don't think anyone really knows. Endless rumours abound, but nothing definate.

Terry Gilliam once said that he won't give up and that he will try again later because he dreams about making this movie!

BTW if you're interested in "The Man who killed Don Quixote" and you haven't done yet, check out the "Lost in La Mancha". It was supposed to be the "making of..." documentary for Don Quixote, but instead became a documentary of the unmaking of - floods and all!

Don't know, Jah. I heard the flavours were also cursed...

But they do come in low fat varieties.
