I am wondering if any of you "die hard" fans know any stats like sales of the movies and which movie did the better and such things like that. I am sorry if this message is sort of confusing but I don't have anytime to clear things up at this time.
Thanks!

The only part of his question, that i think may be true is the holy grail did better then any of the others, it is the most memorable..
of course i liked yellowbeard to, so there is a taste issue..

it could be true...but it may only be because it was put out again in america... it had the lowest budget for filming.

I thought Life of Brian did better? Or do I think that because Michael Palin thought it was the best one? It was banned in several places, so maybe Holy Grail was the most successful one after all.

I already told you once!

I think Life of brian is most remembered here in NZ because of all the controversy...

But some points to consider:
*I think the fact that it was banned probably made a lot of people want to see it more!
*The Python's apparently hated filming The Holy Grail, they had mixed reactions about Life Of Brian...but better than the Grail, But most of them liked filming the Meaning of Life better because it had an $8million budget or something.
*Life of Brian got turned down at first from the producers, which is why George Harrison's Handmade Films stepped in.
*The Meaning of Life won that Cannes Film Award thingy...
*The fact that the Holy Grail got re-released in the states made it more popular.

...I guess it's hard to tell because I think they must've all done well, considering many people are still buying the movies and everything...

(*I'd just like to note here that this is probably pointless me typing this out as Dacoda doesn't seem to be coming back for the info.)
