The greatest movie ever made, Terry Gilliam's The Adventures Of Baron Munchausen
will be re-released on DVD/Blu-Ray in a Twentieth Anniversary Edition on 8th April, 2008.
Previous DVD releases lacked anything special whatsoever, truly pathetic.
This one features Gilliam commentary and deleted scenes, which is more like it,
but this knight would still like a proper theatrical re-release as well. So, who's up for a crusade?
They will never, ever make movies like this again.

(ahem, the naming is slightly early, as the USA release was on 10th March, 1989).

Ladies, ladies, please! As long as I, Heironymous Karl Friederich Baron von Munchausen live and breathe, you shall come to no harm.

If I can find someone to feed the attack slugs, why not?!

Sure, the Munchausen Crusade could use a magnificent Cardinal.
CF, sent you an email recently with an enquiry, no rush but hope we'll catch up.

And now, back to topic, the fabulous Baron Munchausen:

Go away!! I'm trying to die!

Hm, didn't see anything about a Region 2 re-release, will advise.

Sent a reply - was obviously intercepted by space monkies before it arrived.

There is no Rule Six, and there is no such thing as Blu-Ray.

Sir Michael is traveling for the weekend and should be able to pick up a DVD
completely tax-free in between heroic rescues of gorgeous European maidens.
Right-o, look for a review next week.

I don't know, but i believe it will come to standard DVD too. It wouldn't be too clever otherwise. I've heard rumors that Blu-Ray will not outrun DVDs.
