One of my favorite things about Python is all the ridiculous character names. Herbert Mental, Conrad Poohs, Kenny Lust, Mrs. Scum, Mr. Anchovy, Tick...

What's your choice for best (or just silliest) Python name?

Jethro Q. Walrustitty and Mr. & Mrs. Samuel Brain Sample are good ones. But it's hard to go past Raymond Throat-Wobbler Mangrove (aka Raymond Luxury-Yacht).

I was shocked when I heard Angus Podgorny! In Russian Podgorny means somebody situated or living at the foot of a mountain

Cool, he must've been a lowlander then :).

Another name I like is Mr. Ken Very Big Liar; so subtle

How about the aptly named Sir Not Appearing in this Film?
Or Sir Robin the-not-quite-so-brave-as-Sir-Lancelot, who had nearly fought the Dragon of Angnor, who had nearly stood up to the vicious Chicken of Bristol, and who had personally wet himself at the Battle of Badon Hill?

I was rather tickled at Sir Not Appearing, and even more so when I heard he is Will Palin!

Or Herbert anchovy, something fishy about that one
