i'd have to put john cleese first, followed by michael palin, graham chapman, eric idle, terry jones and terry gilliam in that order.

One ring to rule them all
One ring to find them
One ring to bring them all and in the darkness bind them
In the land of aaaarrgh...

My favorites would have to be John Cleese and Eric Idle, but I really love them all. I do think though that Michael Palin was the best looking one. Especially as Sir Gallahad.

Thought I already answered this, but apparently not...

My favorite is easily Palin. I agree totally with whoever said that he was the best Gumby, heh. Cleese might have been the first, but Palin was the best! Besides, he's the best character actor and has the most range, and yeah, he's pretty, but there are other reasons to like him too.

But yeah, he is pretty. ;)

Favourite Python ? John Cleese, slightly ahead of Michael Palin.
Eric, Graham and Terry Jones were fantastic as well, and then Terry Gilliam.

well, only a girl between the ages of 16 & 19 1/2 could have asked such an interesting question. And I can answer in the same way:
It just came to my mind, that I could have married any of them, even Graham Chapman (if I?m not mistaken he was a gay, and unfortunately he?s dead now) not for sex but just to be with them and have some fun. Well, it?s a joke, but? anyway, all of them are great.
But Palin as Pilate?

Michael Palin
Eric Idle
John Cleese
Terry Jones
Graham Chapman
Terry Gilliam

Why must we torture ourselves like this? It is at this point that, even though Gilly's at the bottom, he's a lot better than that, just that he was unfortunate, or is it fortunate, probably the latter, to be stuck in a group with the others.

Apathy rul.....
